This painting was commissioned to be reproduced at 24x36" by a customer in Nottinghamshire last year.
The colours and detail have been captured brilliantly by our artists and the customer was very happy. "The painting arrived on the 22nd Dec and was hung the next day. It has turned out really well and I am very pleased with it. They have made an excellent job of the colours... your careful monitoring and criticism have paid a large part in achieving this. The frame is just right too, Thank you!"
After looking at several frames with the customer, we chose this handmade frame from our Traditional English range. The customer wanted subtle detail on the frame while keeping its ornate style, so we designed this with the framers and coloured it with antique gold finish. There was then a light grey wash added which gives it this authentic aged effect - an ideal detail for reproduction frames.
